American Scribbles
When it came to mixing a cocktail with the FEW American Gin we didn’t want to overwhelm the unique flavors of the base spirit. However, the gin was unique enough that it would be able to hold its own.
American Scribbles keeps the gin front and center, and tempers some of the sweetness with the bitters and plays on the citrus bite with the orange liqueur.
American Scribbles
- 3 oz FEW American Gin
- .25 oz orange liqueur
- 3 healthy dashes Angostura bitters
- Club soda to top
Place an ice ball in a rocks glass. Pour the Angostura over the ice ball, then top with the gin, orange liqueur, and finally the club soda.
